Where will the Summit be held?
This is an online conference. You can participate from anywhere that you have good Internet access, on desktop, mobile or tablet devices.
Who is this event for?
Veterinary Rehabilitation therapists, Hydrotherapists, Equine Therapists and Physios, Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, Physical Therapists, Veterinary Physiotherapists.
Are the Webinars all CE accredited?
Our webinars are accredited with the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC) for 1 point per hour. SAVC is widely recognised but you will have to check with your country’s council to see if these points are accepted.
You can download your certificate of attendance at the end of the event.

How do I log in on the day of the conference?
Your log in details will be emailed to you when you sign up for the Vet Rehab Summit. You can use these details to access the online event. Please check that these login details work before the day of the conference and email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you have any issues so that we can help you.
Who will I be able to connect with?
This year the Vet Rehab Summit is focused on discussion. In addition to being able to chat to other attendees from around the world as well as exhibitors, you will be able to interact and join in the discussion in each of the live lectures.
Do I need to download or install any information to be able to attend this event?
No external software or downloads are necessary to attend the Vet Rehab Summit. You will need a good internet connection, a device (laptop/desktop, tablet or cell phone) from which to attend, and your log in details (sent to you on registration, and checked before the 12th of November).
Do I need a webcam?
A webcam isn’t necessary to attend, but can enhance your experience in some cases.
Who can I contact if I have any technical issues on the day of the event?
You will be able to contact Adi through the Live Chat on the log in page at any point during the event. Alternatively you can email her at email@example.com.
How do I download my CE certificate?
You can download your CE certificate at the end of the day on the Vet Rehab Summit website, and for 30 days after the 12th of November on the Vet Rehab Summit website.
Do I need to attend live?
Live attendance is recommended on the 12th of November, to gain the maximum benefit from the Vet Rehab Summit. Recordings will be available for 30 days for those who are unable to attend the full event live.
Live attendance is required for each of the workshops leading up to the Vet Rehab Summit.
Will I have access to the recordings and for how long?
Live attendance is important, but if it is not possible, you will be able to access the recordings for 30 days after the event has aired.
I am an Onlinepethealth member do I still need to register?
Yes. Onlinepethealth Hydro, Small animal and Equine members have free VIP access to the Vet Rehab Summit on an annual basis, but still need to register for the event via their members portal in order to receive login details to the event.
If you are an Onlinepethealth Free Member, you will not be registered for the Vet Rehab Summit, and will either need to become a paid member, or purchase a ticket to the Summit.
